emc 具有独立自主品牌“莫得威”系列工业用连续称重系统。其系列产品秉承模块系统设计理念，应用数字技术，为用户提供高精确度，低成本，且简单易用的工业称重解决方案。“莫得威”数字称重控制仪采用先进的按键控制标定技术，与传统秤体标定方法相比更简单，准确，并可以与多达10个称重传感器进行连接。控制仪结合了高稳定性，高精确度的特性为一体，系统总体精确度高于 0.01%
系统变送器使用12-24vdc电源，可根据用户需要及现场环境选择不同变送器外壳。一项模拟量输入/输出，及modbus通信为标准配置，额外一组输入/输出量为可选项。
系统显示器mw99为液晶图形显示（64 x 128 像素），可显示重量，流量，设置，标定，及系统状态。一台显示器可以用来标定多台变送器，并结合简单易用的菜单。使用24vdc电源，外壳尺寸144 x 72mm，保护级别ip65。
emc’s unique modweigh series of continuous weighing processors utilise digital technology to provide users with a modular system that is highly accurate, cost-effective and easy to use. modweigh digital transmitters have push-button calibration, with no pots or dip switches, and provide excitation supply for up to 10 loadcells. they combine low drift with high accuracy - typically better than 0.01%.
mounted in either din rail or field housings, modweigh transmitters are 12-24vdc powered. one analog output and modbus communications are standard. additional analog i/o is optional.
the mw99 lcd modweigh indicator features a graphic display (64 x 128 pixels) of weight, flowrate, setup, calibration and system status. a single mw99 can be used to calibrate several modweigh transmitters. they incorporate an easy to use menu selection, are 24vdc powered and have an ip65 144 x 72mmhousing.

emc mw61 weigher instrumentation is state of the art weighing instrument for use with any loadcell based weighing system such as silo/tank weighing, batch weighing and platform scales. the unit is fully digital with no potentiometers or dip switches. basic calibration is done by pushbutton on the unit, or full calibration facilities remotely by an emc mw99 weight indicator. when calibrated remotely, the calibration may be done by entering loadcell capacity and sensitivity which allows the calibration of systems without the use of test weights.
